I had a mixed experience with Otomo. The website looked promising and the services offered were appealing. However, when I tried to contact their customer support, the response was slow and not very helpful. The website interface also felt a bit confusing to navigate. On the positive side, once I was able to get in touch with someone, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
