As a CUSTOMER, I had high expectations from Littlematrix but unfortunately, they didn't meet them. The website was difficult to navigate and I encountered several errors during the checkout process. The customer service team was not helpful in resolving my issues and was slow to respond. I was disappointed with my overall experience and wouldn't recommend Littlematrix.
