Carmen's is one of our favorite ice/ice cream places in MD. Their Italian ice is by far the best there is. It's soft and refreshing. Their custard I'd delicious. They have a wide variety of options and new drinks/smoothies they try out regularly and they're friendly. Nice environment for kids.
