The services provided by this department are generally good. I appreciate the efforts they put into maintaining order and safety in correctional facilities. However, there have been a few occasions where I faced minor issues that were not addressed effectively. I would recommend improvements in their response time and communication. Nevertheless, the Mo dept of corrections has a functional website at doc.mo.gov and provides important information to the public. They have the potential to be great with some minor adjustments.
