I recently used this company's services to help manage my community association. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to find information and get in touch with the team. However, I found that the response time to my queries was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff, but I feel that there's room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Despite this, I did notice that they took the time to understand our needs and provide tailored solutions 🌟. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
