I have been a customer of Mcneal Charles A for several years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. Nothing outstanding, but also nothing terribly bad. The staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to do business with.
