I recently hired this fire protection company for an inspection at my office building. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and they completed the job efficiently. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up after the service. 🤔 It would have been better if they had provided a more detailed report about the inspection findings. Overall, their service was satisfactory, but there's certainly room for improvement in customer engagement and transparency. I hope they take this feedback into consideration for future customers.
