I recently started banking with this company and overall had a decent experience. The online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient. However, the customer service response time could be improved, as I had to wait a bit longer than expected to get my questions answered. On the positive side, the website is easy to navigate and provides all the information I need. The mobile app also functions well and makes it simple to manage my accounts on the go. I appreciate the variety of account options offered, but I do wish there were more competitive interest rates and additional perks. Overall, a solid option for basic banking needs, but there is room for improvement in certain areas. 🙂
