I recently used Physicianclaim.com for my medical billing needs and overall, my experience was average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to submit claims and track their progress. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions regarding my billing and attempted to contact their support team via email. Unfortunately, I received a delayed response and it took multiple follow-ups to finally get a resolution. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and left me feeling somewhat disappointed. On the positive side, the company did process my claims accurately and in a timely manner. While I appreciate their efficiency in that regard, I do hope they improve their customer support to provide a better overall experience.
