Shortly after the time that USAA released the certificate notice about your dealership, I received an e-mail from Brian requesting that I give him a call. I gave Brian a call and advised him as to the specifics accessories that I was looking for in the Dodge Challenger. He quickly researched his inventory while we were talking and mentioned that he had something close to what I was looking for, and said that he would send me the details as soon as we were off the phone. He did, and asked that I reply to him if that was what I was looking, and if so, that he would then come up with the best price possible. After a few emails between us, Brian quoted a price that was totally acceptable to me, which I immediately accepted, and mentioned that I would be by the following day to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I drove up to Lake Norman from Charlotte, and was greeted by the friendly staff upon entering the dealership. We were introduced to Brian and proceeded with the formalities associated with the purchase of the vehicle. Although Brian was involved (momentarily) with another customer, Russell stepped in during his absence to continue the purchasing process. Once we were done with the paperwork, we were taken to a waiting area while Amanda completed all of the required paperwork. She then asked that we join her in her office, and we completed/signed all of the required documents. She was very helpful, especially when it came time to decide on an extended warranty for the car, along with options for both the tires/rims and the interior of the car. As it was fairly late in the evening, we decided to come back the following day to take the car home. Upon arriving, we were met by Brian who then did a quick over with myself on all of the features of the car, along with ensuring that my Samsung phone was hooked up via Bluetooth. Before leaving, Brian made sure to once again thank us for purchasing the Challenger, and that if I ever had any questions/concerns to give him a call.

For me this was probably the easiest, and least stressful purchase of a new car made in the last 20 years. I look forward to working with your service department, as it seemed to be running like a well oiled machine, at least from the outside.
