My first experience with these people was the WORST! I first talk to a peralegal and was told thy can run a report and show me results online for $14.99 and I accepted he also told me they would be able to send out emails disputing payments due and told me if I wanted to continue this monthly I could pay $129.95, after telling them I could not pay the month I started and could pay the following month , I was told I could so. But within that same month a payment of 129.95 and 19.95 was taken out. I m a single mother trying to get out of debt and that is why I tried to clarify with each paralegal I talked to that I needed to pay the following month or I would need to cancel for that month. They did not cancel my plan until after they withdrew the 2 extra payments and note that you can t get a REFUND FOR THE MONEY WITH DRAWN AFTER YOU CANCEL (which I knew and told them I needed that refund back before I cancel that plan. They only care about money and that is why they ARE NOT 5 STAR. None of them listened to me, they noted in their notes whatever THEY WANTED & not what I called and spoke to them about!
