I have been a customer of Horizon Sales, Inc. for quite some time now and I must say that their service is average. While they do get the job done, they lack that extra attention to detail that sets the great companies apart. I would recommend them if you are looking for a basic service, but if you want something truly outstanding, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
