had a dispute with builder on the incorrect way vanity was put in and the disgraceful dodgy fix they did. BFG were not helpful at all in trying to assist us in fixing this problem. Contacted them numerous times for information that they pretty much refused to give us. Could tell we were being palmed off and that they just didn't care. Would never recommend them to anyone, and will never do anything through them again
