I had an average experience with Kimberfeel. The quality of their products is decent and the customer service is satisfactory. However, I found their website a bit difficult to navigate and the checkout process was not as streamlined as I would have liked. Overall, I would say that Kimberfeel is an okay company to purchase outdoor gear from.
