While I have been a customer of UTILITIES BOARD CITY OF ATMORE for a few years now, I find their service to be average at best. The billing has been mostly accurate, but there have been occasional issues with service interruptions. Their customer service is hit or miss - sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement.
