I recently had an experience with Tucopa ltd and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the quality of their products is great and I was happy with my purchase. On the other hand, the customer service was not up to par. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and I felt like I was not valued as a customer. While I appreciate the quality of their products, I hope they work on improving their customer service.
