Was very disappointed is the service I received. Tried to call in an order and was left on hold. Called a second time and no answer. The third time finally was able to talk with someone. They did not offer anything to makeup for the almost half hour I now spent trying to give them some business. That is the last time I will try or recommend them to anyone.
We try to support local and when friends and family are here to visit it would be nice to be able to recommend a home town business. But one by one they don t make the grade. I know times are tuff, I m a small business owner myself but that is when you need to try harder and go the extra mile to get and keep customers.
