I've been using their services for several months, and overall, I am satisfied with Pungo Trucking CORP. The drivers are usually on time and professional, but there have been a few instances where my delivery was delayed without any proper explanation. It would be great if they work on improving their communication and reliability. However, I have to admit that their customer service is excellent, and they always address my concerns promptly.
