I will never come to sear auto. I had an appointment today at 9am so I called at 8am to reschedule because my cars battery was completely dead and couldn t get to my jumper cables were in the truck that controlled with my fob and it keyless so I explain to them I was waiting on sos to jump my car to go to them to get a battery put in and a oil change and tires rotation and he blew me away by telling that wasn t his problem and they were all booked up for the day I was like okay I ll call back if I could make it if not just cancel my appointment just got hung up on.. I get a phone call from a different person telling me she calling back to Change my appointment to noon. I told them it was too close to my start time at work so I couldn t and just to take me off and give it to some one that was there.. bad customer service is bad for business SO after my car was jumped I went to Interstate batteries, Oak Lawn, IL I was in and out less that 15 mins with a discount for my trouble thanks Sears Auto for making me go else where!!
