The experience of using Wired advanced media has been a roller coaster ride for me. There have been moments of frustration, but also moments of satisfaction. Overall, I would say their service is average. There is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to communication and timely delivery. However, I appreciate their efforts to address my concerns and make things right.
