Horrible service by Rudy Licona. First off Rudy doesn't even have the courtesy to return calls in a timely manner and is extremely unprofessional. I left several messages with his assistant and on his personal cell. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions that were left unanswered. When i tried to reach Rudy with updates he responded days later or not at all. Extremely unprofessional and very little customer service. This was so discouraging after hearing good things about Choice Lending . I am now working with my local credit union who's agents update me regularly and are on top of their work unlike Rudy Licona.
