I had an experience that left a lot to be desired. The service was not as responsive as I had hoped, and I found it challenging to get the support I needed. Communication felt a bit off, and timelines were often unclear. It’s like trying to navigate a maze without a map. There’s definitely room for improvement in their customer engagement. Not the most satisfying interaction overall. 🤔
