I have visited many places, at least if the place is not good, the good service of the resort or hotel will cover them.

But this was the worst place I visited, completely against expectations, a very dilapidated chalet from the outside, bad electronic devices, even the quality of the furniture is poor, on top of all that !!!
The service is one of the worst and slow arriving by hours or days to a very poor and unprofessional degree
Some calls also take a quarter of an hour for an employee to answer you, and if he contacts you, it takes many hours, so "please !! implement your request"

Compared to the astronomical price for a night without service or good accommodation, I think it is not worth this price at all

Also, I don t think it is worth trying again !!!
