Matrix atc inc. is an average company. The services they offer are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a few months now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been particularly impressed. The customer support is adequate, although sometimes it takes a little longer than I would like to get a response. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
