I am not completely satisfied with my experience with Sigmaplus srl. The website sigmaplus.com.do is user-friendly and the products are of decent quality. However, the customer service was lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response. I expected better from a company of their reputation. I might consider exploring other options in the future.
