We were very disappointed in our tour on April 29....

We were very disappointed in our tour on April 29. The first guide was good and entertaining and we tipped. We got off and waited almost an hour for pickup. The second guide was knowledgable but could not hear him or understand. We looked at map and they cut off a loop. I complained that another bus company came by twice and the guide replied the were bigger and had more busses.
