UPDATE 2/19/19: I RECEIVED A GENERIC RESPONSE TO MY POST. WHILE I CLEARLY STATED MY NAME AT THE END OF MY POST, THEY ARE ADDRESSING SOMEONE ELSE, NOT ME. I AM NOT TRACY. I was seen in the Emergency Room on 12/25/18. I have to say that the care I received was wonderful, the staff was very professional but friendly at the same time. The reason I can only give 2 stars is because I have found it to be impossible to get the results from my lab work that day. While I was told that most of it was OK, there were other tests that needed to be sent out. I have called and gotten a run around, I went for a follow up at my doctors office. They requested the results TWICE only to receive a fax back stating REQUESTER NOT IN SYSTEM. What does that mean?? I can only see doctors that are affiliated with Atlantic Health?? That choice is mine and any doctor should be able to request AND receive results with a signed records release form. Additionally, they are not available in the MyChart area of the website and I have emailed and gotten no response. My name is Carryl Daza.
