I have been a customer of Allmatic-jakob spannsysteme gmbh for several years now, and I must say that their products and services are just average. While their spannsysteme are functional, I find them a bit lacking in terms of innovation and durability. The customer support is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
