I had a pretty average experience with the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, they weren't very helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
