The telecom company I am currently using has been providing me with reliable service. The internet speed is great, and I rarely experience any outages. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Whenever I have an issue, it takes ages to get a response. Despite this, I would give them a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
