I have been ordering from Essens for the past year...

I have been ordering from Essens for the past year and I must say that their products are of average quality. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery is quite fast. However, I do think that they could improve their customer service as it can be quite difficult to get in touch with them. Overall, I would rate Essens as average.
