The location is convenient to go but the customer service is poor. I supposed to change same part on my car,they said that will call me but I m still waiting.I call them back after couple days they say they will call me back and I m still waiting. So,irresponsible customer service and actuality is not the first time.I suggest you go in Mercedes-Benz in Cherry Hill, anytime is great service and responsible people.
