I've taken their classes, but I wasn't sure the all teachers had TESOL. The company baits advertising they all have TESOL 100% though (see any official websites or twitter for vipabc Japan).
When I check out its recruiting page, it says "TESOL/TEFL Certification (or its equavalent)" for teaching requirements (see the iTutor recruiting page). This means NOT ALL teachers have the official certificate.
