Had terrible, substandard service yesterday. Went in for an oil change. The technician, Alejandro, tried to sell me undesired services for $1000+. I reiterated that all I wanted was an oil change and a service light checked. He promised to get on it asap as I was waiting. 2.5 hours later, they hand me a bill for $200+. I start the car and the service light is still on. I go back in and they say it'd be another $200 to check the light..? So for what did I wait 2.5 hours and pay $200? Dishonest and deceptive practice. I have serviced my cars here for about 10 years but never before have left with unaddressed issues.
