The Stonington Historical Society is doing an amazing job preserving the town's history. I had the pleasure of visiting their museum, and I was impressed by the amount of information and artifacts on display. The staff was helpful and shared interesting stories about the town's past. I also found the website, stoningtonhistory.org, to be a valuable resource for further exploration of Stonington's history. I would definitely recommend a visit to the Stonington Historical Society!
