I had a mixed experience with Smiley Crane Service. The initial communication with their team was smooth and they provided a competitive quote. However, on the day of the project, the operator arrived late and there were some issues with the crane. Despite the challenges, they managed to complete the job satisfactorily. Overall, I would say their service was good, but there is room for improvement.
