I've been a customer of Generali Belgium for several years now and I must say they have been consistently average. The customer service is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website is fairly easy to navigate and find the information I need. However, I find that the policy pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other insurance companies in the market. Overall, an average experience with Generali Belgium.
