It was my first visit to Dr. Shams' office and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Shams was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the appointment. Overall, a great experience!
