As a customer of Torpen Condominium Association, INC, I must say that the services provided by them are average. The management team needs to improve their communication skills and responsiveness. There have been instances where it took a long time for them to address maintenance issues. However, the maintenance staff is friendly and does a decent job. Overall, there is room for improvement.
