I have been a customer of Pombox for a while now and I must say that their service is simply average. The website is easy to navigate and the pricing is fair. However, I have encountered a few issues with their delivery process. Sometimes, my packages arrive later than expected or they get damaged during transit. Overall, Pombox is an okay company to work with.
