I rarely write reviews but when I do it's because I've had a really bad experience. I've been coming to this gyms for years whenever I come back up to Darwin. Sure, ownership changes, facilities change but one thing is for certain, good customer service should never change.

I had joined up for 4 week membership and used it once because I had no time until the last week to come to the gym as I was finishing up my employment in the University sector, due to COVID-19. I had no remorse or understanding from the administrator whatsoever. I was trying to say to her, I basically forfeited 3 weeks of my membership at my expense (I paid $150 all up and only used it for one day) but she had NO REMORSE for my personal situation. She even asked me to pay for a class $10 because I turned up just outside of my membership, which let me stress, I ONLY USED ONCE!!!! I've been to other gyms where they honoured my entry and even provide me with a free trial before signing up.

I'm sorry Edge fitness, this has left a bad taste in my mouth I'll be taking my business somewhere else to someone who is keen to retain their customers and keep them happy.
