I have been a customer of Brainsphere Informationworks GmbH for a while now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they have a decent website and some good features, the overall experience has been underwhelming. Their customer support is lackluster and the response time is slow. I had expected more from a company with such reputation. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
