I have been using products from Cox communications and electronics for quite some time now and I have to say that I am satisfied. While their products are generally good, there have been instances where I faced some minor issues. The customer support team was helpful in resolving them, but I feel that there is still room for improvement. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
