I recently worked with a video production company for my project and the experience was average. Though the final video turned out fine, the customer service was lacking. The team did not seem very interested in understanding my requirements and the overall communication was not very smooth. However, the end product did meet my expectations, so I can't rate it as completely bad. Overall, an average experience.
