They expect super human qualities out of their employees.
Once an employee finally does get set and has a permanent place at imagine they can get away with almost murder.
They're willing to let people say anything they want to say at this place so if your soft skinned you need to stay away from here. Most of them are do as I say(not as I do) kind of people. Seems to be the only kind of people that are actually successful on the lower level there.
