This company provided a quote for some spiral duct. We signed the quote and provided a 25% deposit. Upon picking up the first portion of the order, and making another substantial payment, we discovered the material used was substantially cheaper than what was quoted. They offered us a meager discount which we declined. We were finally able to come to agreement which really consisted of us issuing a credit and telling them take or it leave it. We also agreed that the full balance due, less the agreed upon credit amount, would be paid upon our next and final pick up. A month later they call us literally begging to help them. They can't make payroll. We agreed to give them 50% of the remaining balance in good faith and told them under no circumstances would we release any further payment without a completed order. We were notified over a week ago that the final pieces were completely fabricated and would be done soon as they only required insulation. Since then, most of their workforce has quit. We've learned our pieces were not fabricated and hadn't even been put into production. At the same time, the owner, Kevin, is demanding thousands of dollars that we do not owe them. This has been confirmed with his poor bookkeeper who is just doing her best be a good employee while also providing the best customer service she can in this situation. So unless we pay them thousands we don't owe them to put the rest of this order in production, we won't get our order on time.

Buyer beware. They are struggling and likely won't be in business much longer. I know they are desperate for this last check they now won't be receiving....
