I have had an average experience with Csl silicones inc. The quality of their products and services is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website cslsilicones.com is easy to navigate and provides useful information. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and responsiveness. Overall, it's an okay company.
