My visit to ITC Maurya was a rather disappointing one. There was a continuous pattern of racist behaviour from the staff, throughout the visit. From the washroom attendants to the waiters who served us at the Bukhara restaurant, we were treated differently because of the color of our skin. The preferance was given to the "foreign crowd" (non-indian) and it was clear to us that we were not as important as the foreigners in the eyes of the staff. There was a vast difference in the service the staff provided to us and them. I never really expected such from a well established hotel like ITC Maurya.
