I recently joined Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade and I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The instructors are dedicated, skilled, and always create a positive and motivating environment. The training sessions are intense and push me to my limits, but they are also fun and enjoyable. I have noticed improvements in my strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. I highly recommend this academy for anyone who wants to learn martial arts.
