I had searched online before visiting Sun Toyota and emailed a request for more information on a particular vehicle. Within minutes I was contacted by Niko Grivas and he was very pleasant and helpful. The next day I showed up a few minutes late and there was Niko right in front of the dealership with the truck all ready to go for a test drive. I loved it, he got the deal done quickly and to my full satisfaction. I took the truck home and halfway there I realized this was not the right truck for me, not enough options, entirely my fault. I called Niko the next morning and he told me to come on in and they would gladly exchange it for the truck I wanted, no questions asked!! So now I am very happy in my new Tacoma and to be perfectly honest it was the best experience with buying a vehicle I've ever had. And I am not an easy customer. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.
